Our Story

Devine The Earth Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving underprivileged and marginalized communities. At present, the foundation provides free meals (nishulk bhojan) to poor and needy individuals, ensuring that no one sleeps hungry.

Looking ahead to 2026, the foundation plans to establish an Old Age Home in Sohna, Gurgaon, on its own land. This home will be built through public funding and donations and will provide a safe, dignified, and caring environment for:

  • Elderly people with no family or support
  • Persons with disabilities
  • Destitute and abandoned women
  • Individuals who are socially and economically deprived

The proposed old age home will offer shelter, food, medical support, emotional care, and a respectful living environment for those who have no one to depend on.

Devine The Earth Foundation believes in compassion, humanity, and social responsibility, and works to restore dignity and hope to the most vulnerable members of society.

Why We Started

We started Devine The Earth Foundation after witnessing the daily struggles of people who are poor, hungry, elderly, disabled, and abandoned - especially those who have no family or social support. Seeing people sleep hungry and live without dignity deeply affected us and made us realize that helping them is not a choice, but a responsibility.

The organization began with the simple goal of feeding the hungry without any cost, but with a bigger vision of creating long-term care and safety for those who are completely alone in society. Many elderly people, disabled individuals, and destitute women are neglected and left without shelter, care, or respect.

Through Devine The Earth Foundation, we want to provide not just food and shelter, but love, dignity, and hope. The plan to establish an old age home by 2026 is a step toward building a safe and permanent home for those who have nowhere else to go.

This organization was started to serve humanity, protect dignity, and create a compassionate society where no one is left behind.

Founder's Story

Anjali Prajapati

My name is Anjali Prajapati, and I am the founder of Devine The Earth Foundation. This organization was born from compassion, responsibility, and the deep desire to serve those whom society often forgets.

The inspiration to start this journey came from what I saw around me every day - elderly people sleeping on streets, mentally disabled individuals wandering without care, women abandoned with no support, and families struggling for even one meal. These scenes disturbed my heart deeply. I often asked myself how people could live with such pain and loneliness, and how hunger could take away not just strength, but dignity.

Along with my brother Kanhaiya, who stood beside me as a pillar of support, I decided to take action instead of just feeling sympathy. We started with whatever little we had and began distributing free food to hungry and homeless people. Seeing a smile on someone's face after receiving a meal gave us strength, hope, and the belief that even small efforts can change lives.

What began as a simple act of feeding the hungry soon turned into a mission. Till today, we have provided food to more than 3,000 people, and each meal served strengthened our commitment to do more. This journey inspired us to formally register Devine The Earth Foundation in April 2025, so that our work could reach more people and create long-term impact.

Devine The Earth Foundation is not just an organization for me - it is a promise to humanity. A promise that no one should feel hungry, helpless, or forgotten.

Ram Prasad, a 72-year-old man living on the streets with no family, no income, and poor health. He had been surviving on leftovers and often went days without proper food. Our volunteers started providing him regular meals and basic care. Over time, his health improved, and he slowly regained his strength and confidence. For the first time in years, he felt seen, respected, and cared for.

Meena

Meena's Story

Meena, a mentally disabled woman who had been abandoned and was living without shelter. With regular food support, emotional care, and medical assistance, she began showing signs of stability and improvement. These experiences strengthened our belief that food is the first step toward dignity.
